Pastor Andy Wendle and his family arrived at First Lutheran in September of 2022. He has served congregations in Oregon and Montana. He is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin and Wartburg Theological Seminary. Together, with his wife Linden and their three children (Charis, Will and Anna) they enjoy traveling, gardening, being outside and visits with family. He is excited to begin this new chapter in his life and ministry with the good people of First Lutheran Church.

REBECCA
Secretary
Rebecca has been Church Secretary here at First Lutheran since April 2006. She and her husband David have two children, a daughter and son. In her spare time, Rebecca enjoys reading, sewing, crafts, knitting and crocheting, baking, and spending time with family and friends.
PAT
Bookkeeper
Pat has been a First Lutheran member since 1982, during which time she has taught VBS and Sunday School, chaperoned synod youth gatherings, been Sunday School secretary, and been a board member at different times. Before working as bookkeeper, Pat was a secretary at Valders High School for 19 years. She also has an Associate Degree in Accounting from LTC. She has a son and daughter with her husband Keith (passed away in 2010), and her family has grown to include a daughter in-law and grandchild. She enjoys making cards, reading, gardening, going to her cabin, ATVing, and spending time with friends and family.

Secretary
Brenda is a life-long member of First Lutheran and has been involved in Sunday School, Prayer Shawl Ministry, a counter for Sunday monetary offerings, and helped her sons with the AV systems. She joined our office staffin September 2020. Welcome, Brenda!
SHELLI
Custodian
Shelli has been a custodian at First Lutheran since November 1998. She has been a member since her marriage in the chapel in 2005. Between them they have 4 kids and 5 grandchildren so far. In their spare time, they enjoy spending time with family and friends, being outdoors, cooking, baking, and crafting.
