Sunday Morning Volunteer Opportunities
Use your gifts to serve others by getting involved in our Sunday service.
Audio-Visual Presentation:

Assist with advancing the slideshow during services and manage
the start and end of live Facebook streaming. Minimal training required.

Lay Reader:

Read two of the day's assigned lessons from the lecturn during service. 

Assisting Minister:

Assist the Pastor during service by leading the congregation in prayers and confession of faith among other readings. The assisting minister will also assist with communion. This is a lay person role, no special training required. 

Acolytes: 

Assist in lighting the candles and in distributing communion. Two volunteers needed per service. 

Greeter:

Greet people as they enter the Church for services and assist in answering any questions that may arise. Mulitple roles needed per service.

Ushers:

Enhance the church service by handing out bulletins, collecting the offerings, and directing people during communion. Mulitple roles needed per service.

Altar Guild: 

Assist weekly in preparing the alter for commuion and cleaning up after each service. Preparation typically begins on Saturday, while clean-up is initiated after church on Sunday..
